John Williams
John Williams is an Essential Skills director as well as hands-on software trainer. He has vast experience as a  facilitator in the Wellington area and throughout New Zealand. His roles in various organisations have included:

  • Course development, documentation and training
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Help desk support
  • Account management
  • Project management

John has expertise in providing training consultancy services for software implementation projects involving specialist business applications and Microsoft Office software. All have included course development, creation of quick reference guides and training workbooks, training delivery and one-to-one coaching. He is also an experienced consultant and facilitator in the areas of team skills, leadership, motivation, communication and learning, working with both adults and young people.
