Excel Pivot Tables – Master the art of analyzing the data in your Excel tables using this powerful built-in tool. Want to know the percentage of each type of widgets sold in your region, broken down by store? If you have the raw data a PivotTable will give you the answer quickly and easily.

Excel Data Management – Discover the powerful tools Excel provides on its Data ribbon for working with your data, and you don’t need to know anything about formulae in order to use them! You will learn how to sort and filter information, remove duplicates and split information contained in a single cell into multiple cells using Text-to-Columns.

Excel – Custom Formatting and Tables – Format numbers and dates in your worksheets to look exactly the way you want. Learn how to display leading zeros, spacing, colour and icons to assist in interpreting your data. Use Excel Tables to quickly name a range of data and apply features such as filters and totals to it. See how using a table can make updating your PivotTables easier.

Word – Essentials – It’s the little things that make document creation quick and easy, such as placing key commands on the Quick Access toolbar, setting tabs on the ruler and changing indents. And it’s also the keyboard shortcuts for selecting, moving and copying text. Pick up these and other handy tips on using Word more effectively.
