Feedback from our most recent projects...

John and Linda at Essential Skills were a pivotal part of the deployment team success in the rollout of Office 2007 across the Ministry, delivering overview training to more than 24 centres around NZ over an 8 week period. Class sizes ranged from 3 to 90 participants, both hands-on and lecture style, and feedback was positve in all cases. The training was extremely effective in reducing the service desks calls to a minimum during the rollout to approx 3000 staff. Despite a number of challenges and natural disasters, we found them to be flexible to changing needs, and the training programme was able to evolve throughout the period to adapt to suit the focus of different teams and situations.
