John has expertise as a consultant and facilitator in the areas of team skills, leadership, motivation, communication and learning, working with both adults and young people. He is also experienced in providing training, documentation and training consultancy services for software implementation projects involving specialist business applications as well as ones involving Microsoft Office software. All have included course development, creation of manuals and training workbooks, training delivery and one-to-one coaching.
