ESC's directors have worked in the training industry for over 16 years, with experience
in both personal development and business applications training. They incorporate
accelerated learning techniques into their courses and workshops to involve the participants
in the learning process. Both are certified Tetramap Behavioural Analysis facilitators, and
have worked on and support the New Zealand Learning Convention. John Williams...John Williams has worked as a trainer and facilitator in the Wellington area and throughout New Zealand. His roles in various organisations have included:
John has expertise as a consultant and facilitator in the areas of team skills, leadership, motivation, communication and learning, working with both adults and young people. He is also experienced in providing training, documentation and training consultancy services for software implementation projects involving specialist business applications as well as ones involving Microsoft Office software.
